Module 1 If you are selling goods or services to a consumer neither you nor anyone else can exclude or limit the application of consumer law. Module 2 consumers have a right of withdrawal from consumer contracts concluded at a distance and outside your business premises.

Module 3 The rules on consumer rights and guarantees in the case of products that are not in conformity with the contract are binding and their application can never be excluded by the contractual parties. Module 4 the rules on unfair commercial practices & unfair contract terms.

Module 5 Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) is an out-of-court process for solving disputes between you and your customers, with the assistance of an ADR body. Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) is when ADR happens online. ODR between you and your online customers.
